I’m a spiritual ecologist, author, and founder of ASTARA—a line of luxury grounding crystal footwear that combines sustainable design with the restorative frequencies of the Earth. 

Crystals and mineral research have been the focus of much of my work through my Crystal Healing Training Certification Course and my book, Crystal Healing for Women with Penguin Random House. I’ve also been honored to train intimately and attain certification in holistic healing modalities as a Western herbalist and Reiki Master. Additionally, I’m certified in Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar yoga as well as mindfulness and Daoist meditation. I recognize each lineage and practice as devotion to our collective evolution—bringing us closer to the divine truth within. 

From an early age growing up in the mountains in Utah, I intuitively knew how to connect and communicate with the Earth and the natural world. From listening to the land to communing with the animals around me, I found more presence in nature than anywhere else. 

As such, resonance with the Earth lies at the heart of everything I create as a multi-modality healing artist and researcher.
